What is happening? Who do I talk to? Is this 343? Bungie? Xbox? I'm so annoyed and I don't get any info anywhere. My ping is fine, my connection is good on every front, except that in 'Network Status' it reads my 'Upstream Bandwidth' at Warning ... this is absurd as every other device (everything has been restarted/reset) is working very well. I know that it should only affect individual people from getting online, but the timing of these most recent outages seems very coincidental.
