Archangel Tyrael
BioWare has yet to officially confirm it, but a new Xbox Live Marketplace calendar update from Major Nelson confirms that the previously rumored Earth multiplayer DLC for Mass Effect 3 is coming on July 17, 2012, a day referred to in some circles as "next Tuesday." There's no word on release plans for other platforms for the once again FREE DLC, but rest assured that we've reached out to EA for comment and will let you know when we hear back. A June rumor revealed a number of details about the pack, which sounds like another varied helping of content to boost your Galaxy at War experience. Assuming the rumor is true, next week's pack will add three new maps to the game -- set in Rio, Vancouver, and London -- as well as three new weapons (Piranha assault shotgun, Acolyte pistol, and Typhoon light machine gun) and six new human classes to play as. I would speculate that all of this is true, but hold off on getting TOO excited until we can get some confirmation. http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/725730/mass-effect-3-earth-multiplayer-dlc-coming-next-week/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you're attending San Diego Comic Con this week, swing by Sideshow Collectibles' booth for a first look at the prototype of this premium format figure. More details should emerge once Comic Con kicks off. If this Commander Shepard figure is designed similarly to Sideshow's previous premium format figures, expect a $299.99 price point or higher. http://www.gameinformer.com/b/news/archive/2012/07/10/sideshow-creating-premium-commander-shepard-figure.aspx
