Archangel Tyrael
Ubisoft might have surprised us all at E3 2012 with the reveal of a naval combat element in Assassin's Creed 3, but the publisher proved at San Diego Comic-Con that there's still room for more reveals, like a totally new co-op mode. Wolfpack brings a new twist to the gameplay in Assassin's Creed 3, challenging a team of players to fight the clock as they take out groups of targets together (viaGameSpot). From the sound of things, the mode favors team coordination over stealth. Only other targets will react when one is taken out, and then only when they observe the killing. The targets often spawn in groups, however, so the best way to avoid chasing your marks across the world is to have your team work together. There are added twists, like occasional bonus objectives that offer extra points for killing a target with one tool or another. All told, it sounds like a very cool and uniquely Assassin's Creed take on co-op. It's also yet another welcome addition to an already features-packed game. http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/725855/assassins-creed-3-to-include-wolfpack-co-op-mode/
