its a possibility. In the Halo 4 campaign trailer there was a quick clip of a warthog that seemed to drving out of a large vehicle with wheels. It looked like a possible elephant, but i dont know if it will be in multiplayer......hopefully it will. I also hope that the elephant will be added into forge mode

I believe that the large vehicle is called the Mammoth.

"its real name was M312 Heavy Recovery Vehicle somethimes reffered to as the Behemoth-class troop transport and commonly known as the Elephant." http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/M312_Heavy_Recovery_Vehicle

the name mammoth, i belive came from the glitch where you could make it fly, then it was called the "flying mammoth".

but yes i hope too it would come back to halo 4, it was fun driving it, it was like a driving base :D

It should. Fans have been crying for its speedy return since Reach was first released. With 2 new drivable vehicles that we still have relatively no clue about (I don't think driving a mammoth is very likely) I could definatly see it returning. My only hope is that if it does return we should have the option to place it in forge maps.

The possibilities for map design with an elephant are endless.
