Not all of the Sangheili broke off from the Covenant, those that stayed were the Loyalists, those that didn't were Separatists. They could also be Servants of the Abiding Truth, in which case we'll see Avu. That's unlikely, however.We don't really know what faction they work for, but due to the decrease in technology we can presume their "reformed" Covenant is not going too well and they haven't really got a structured leadership. Some have accepted that humanity is now an important ally to them, but others still want to follow the prophets teachings and wipe them out. I completely agree, but they're still fantastic and overly dominant compared to the humans. Tallgeese Posted July 19, 2012 Report Share Posted July 19, 2012 I agree that the covenant on Requiem are probably the splinter group of those who still wish to follow the Prophet's teachings. I also agree that the armor from Reach was much cooler than that of the elites on requiem so far that we have seen. Even the armor they had in Halo 3 was better than the armor they have been seen wearing so far. But oh well, they will be fun to kill again as MC!!
