Halo Achievement not unlocking

I have beat the level "Halo" for Halo:CEA on both Heroic and Legendary and the Level Complete Achievement will not unlock.

 

I have the "How Pedestrian" achievement that shows that I beat the level as well as the "Believe in a Hero" for beating the entire campaign.

 

I have seen a couple of other people with this issue, but no answer how to get it fixed. I started a ticket with XBox Support, but they said it needs to go to 343i.

 

I just finished the level "Pillar of Autumn" on Legendary with four skulls active and did not unlock the Tsantsa Achievement either.

 

How do I open a ticket with 343i?

We're not the official 343 site, just a community fan site, so unfortunately we cannot help with regards to the achievements, other than giving friendly advice. Currently, as far as I'm aware, there is no way to contact 343i directly, and thus you cannot open a ticket with them. XBox support should know this, and be willing to work with you on this matter.

I do have a support ticket open with X-Box, but they also asked me to start one with 343. I had submitted a forum on Waypoint, but came across this when googling 343 Customer Service. Thought I'd give it a try. I think I'm SOL as the Waypoint responses have not been promising.

Well it comes to completeing a level for an achivement you must get All the way through the level, and the cinematics to where you're starting the next level or you're back at the main screen. My point is....Don't stop or skip Anything, that has stopped me from getting the achievements in the past. And about 343 helping you to get the achivements....yeah good luck with that they haven't helped me on anything no matter how nicely I ask.
