In Halo CE, on Assault on the Control room on Co-op, have you and a buddy get in ghosts towards the end of the mission. When you reach the door that opens the door to the control room have one of you jump out. Just when it opens drive have whoever is in the ghost drive in. If done correctly, you should see in the cutscene Chief dying, the ghost that was there and another chief walking to the terminal but spazzing out in the process.
