Rex Reiden X
Ok, this will be easier to understand for those of you who played Halo: Combat Evolved. In Halo CE the passenger of a vehicle still remained in FP (First Person), does anyone know if that's coming back in Halo 4? I am not saying that going into 3rd person as a passanger is bad, but the FP was better (at least that's how it seems to me). It took more skills to actually shoot and hit something like that, it made the driver be more contious of his driving if he wanted the passanger to hit something (teamwork) and it looked way more realistic. What do you guys think?
Ryu♥Hayabusa
I don't see how it took more skill or how the driver would be more worried about the passenger than the gunner. It would have took less skill... I also don't honestly care much whether they bring back a ten year old mechanic or not. There was probably a reason it goes to third person. Such as seeing when an enemy is about to pull you out to kill you. Or a hidden balancing reason.
lemon cup
I would like the option to choose first person or third person for all vehicles and turrets. But there is probably balancing issues with that, so it is understandable if it is not included.
Baby Boo
In my eyes, there are pros and cons to each. First person: Pros: Easier to see, targets are bigger, just overall better experience. Cons: Cannot see all around. Third person: Pros: Can see basically everything around you, and you know when anything is coming, going, and where you are. Cons: Everything is smaller, harder to hit a target.
SatanicBagels
I'm surprised nobody mentioned how you literally couldn't aim on a moving warthog from the third person. While I think it would be very cool to turn the warthog into a mobile sniper platform with some cover and everything, I don't see it happening.
