Fail Master
You do know that to get your point across you need to explain what it would be used for and stuff, you cant just hope people will assume what you mean.

DoctorB77
As long as it isnt in matchmaking that sounds cool. Maybe you can have your helmet lights on. That would make for some cool infection maps.
Fail Master
Isnt there a flashlight attachment on the shotgun? That could be activated, as well as your helmet lights, during MM in games such as infection

INACTIVE
You used to be able to in the campaign of previous Halo games. I think that stopped at Halo 2 though.
RedStarRocket91
I've never understood this. In every previous Halo game, there's been an option to activate some sort of low-light visual aid in co-operative game modes such as Campaign or Firefight (be it weapon-mounted flashlights, helmet-mounted flashlights, or night-vision) and yet they've been disabled for multiplayer. That would be fair enough, but the button to activate them isn't being re-assigned to anything else. Why cut something out if you're not going to replace it? If someone wants night vision or a flashlight on, that doesn't really affect gameplay unless it's particularly dark. And even then, what's the harm in someone trading stealth for situational awareness? It's a tactical choice, just like crouching instead of running.
ASuperWhiteGuy
What would the button be? Down on the D-pad? I like the idea though!
Fail Master
What would the button be? Down on the D-pad? I like the idea though! up on the d pad, but i think thats been re-assigned for another use in H4, not sure what or even if it is or not. SykoWolf
The only one they should use are the helmet lights. However in the campaign there are visor filters to see in the dark.
