Does anybody know if we will find out why they are bad again or if the arbiter will come back. Yadayadaya. If anybody has any info on this speak up plz. There is only a large group of Elites who are with the Humans, such as Arbiter, the Shipmaster, etc. There are some religious fanatics who will believe what they started believing in forever, so the left over Elites who didn't follow Arbiter are in Halo 4 trying to kill you. This is just a small band of pirates. Most of the Elites are good and live on there home planet. They still say covenant, because thats what they're used to calling them and it doesnt mean that its the real one Arbiter will be in halo 4's spartan ops, and you can play as elites in forge, custom games and elite ops as we speak 343 are probably making tweaks to what those elites look like, for example skin color and overall looks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
