3 years ago today Halo Reach came out. What was your favorite game mode?

This would actually be the second anniversary since Halo: Reach came out two years ago, not three. My favourite game mode would be the regular multiplayer or Invasion, but my favourite gametype would be either Zero Bloom Slayer, Title Update Slayer (85%), or the Spartans v.s. Elites mode within Invasion.

Team Swat is my absolute favourite game mode. I also love Invasion and Big Team Battle.

September 14th 2010 to September 14th 2012 is a two year time span. It has had two anniversaries so far. A birthday is a type of anniversary and is held every year after the date of birth. (Which in this case is the release date of Halo: Reach) So even then, that's only two birthdays.
