As the more assuming of you out there can probably tell, this is a remake of Narrows from those dark old days of Halo 3. I have downloaded many other remakes of Narrows to see how others have forged it and I believe that this map beats them all. Normally I am not an arrogant person and I don't like to blow my own whistle (if you know what I mean) but I really am proud with how this map has turned out.

 

It is for 4v4 or 5v5 but the gametype used is a little different. Its something of my own design which I have "based" on a halo 4 gametype. Its called Infinity Slayer and the reason I use this variant is because it recreates the gameplay of Halo 4. For example you get 110% jump height and for a kill you get 10 points. You also recieve 5 extra points for headshots, sticky kills and assassinations.

 

Weapons on the map include: rockets, shotgun, 2 plasma rifles, 2 spikers, 2 needlers, 2 DMRs, 2 plasma pistols and 4 plasma grenades.

I tried to recreate this map, but failed miserably due to the budget.

Would you care to forge an Exile or Longbow pre-make with myself and a few other members?

Only problem is I am in final year of school so dont have a lot of time for xbox much and also i am in England so depending on where you are, time differences might be dfficult. But if we can work something out that would be great

Very good re-creation of the map. I find you used your pieces efficiently and correctly while forging. This made for an awesome setup that looks both aesthetically identical (considering Reach's forge limits - like no shatterable glass) and would seem to support some great gameplay, just like the original!

After looking at this in forge, i would say this is a solid remake. It's one of the better Narrows remakes out there. However, I'm not getting any sense of a wow factor from the map.
