Well why don't the Spartans have find DMRs to counter their Needle Rifle? I mean it would be easier for The Spartans to advance onto the Spire. It's the hardest part of the Game the first objective. It is pretty annoying trying to go from cover to cover with no effective ways of shooting back. yah but remember the spartans have sprint so getting to cover is easier and next tier spartans have the better classes the its a tie.
