Slenderman
Arbiter will not play a part in Halo 4 according to Josh Holmes. Go to about 11:15 in this video by gamespot. Its also a campaign mission http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/14918-halo-4-stage-demo-eb-expo-2012/
Ventus
Oh well, maybe he'll make a return in Halo 5 or 6.
36-2071 Pragmatic Avarice
Seriously this doesn't affect anything, Arbiter should still believe Master Chief gone at this point or at least missing in action from a lack of further intel.

EliteSniper
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWaLxFIVX1s but oh well maybe in spartan ops? I hope he's in Spartan Ops, and that was my reaction when I learned this xD

SO7SF
He will be back in Halo 5, 6. I don't know what will happen...
WonderWombat
I hope he doesn't return in the campaign. They don't need to rehash every single character they have. A quick appearance in Spartan Ops in cool though.
KRAETZNER
I've always liked when enemies become allies and work together, so I hope we see him in the next two games.
Vendetta
He will be back for 5 or 6 i am sure of it. He's got the Chiefs back. I doubt that. MC tried to kill arbiter a few times. And may i mention that in the first 5 mins of Halo 3 MC had a magnum jutting into Arbiters jaw? Personally i wouldn't want to be friends. but who knows?
bozweby1
i can see a place for him in future games , besides the fact that chief tried to kill him shouldnt damper the respect that the arbiter has for chief because its a warriors respect

Cryphakon
The UNSC turns on him in the book and you expect them to be mates?
NJL
Arbiter was alright. kinda glad he wont make an appearance in 4. but he'll probably come back in 5 or 6.
EliteSniper
The Arbiter always trusted John, as you can see in the first cutscene in Halo 3, he doesn't shove away or dodge Chief's magnum, risking his life. But I hope he is in Spartan Ops
o MERCiLiSS
That is not accurate! Thel'Vadam is very much apart of whats going on. They have Jul'Madam who is Opposing Thel'Vadam in that terminal story. Thel thinks humans and Sangheili can live in peace and co-exist but Jul thinks they should destroy humans while we are weak. Though the Sangheili realized that they have become to dependent on the covenant and their technologies. And Jul'Madam has become bored without war. VinWarrior
He was a cool character but I really don't see him coming to Requim without proper intel. Maybe if we get off of Requim in Halo 5 but, as of right now the Master Chief is caught up in his own war.
Wolf of Awesome
The only way I can see the Arbiter come to Requim is that he is going there to fight the Loyalist elites and MAYBE meeting Chief along the way. Again highly unlikely but that's the only thing I can see that actually will work.
Epicnoah51
The Arbiter should make an appearance in halo 5 and 6, but with a better backstory and personality, its kinda hard to appreciate him if he just sits there like "umm...hi"
