Actually, just remembered that 343i said they will not be making armor restrictions but skins will not be made available that were exclusive to purchases. This means that FOTUS armor will not be made available and is not available because it is a skin. Fist Of The Unicorn Skin. It even says skin on the download code, I would know. I have three codes. This isn't true. Fotus is exclusive to console's even at 130. I've modded my credits and checked. Yes I had all specializations to.
