SykoWolf
This is just a short statement made by Forward Unto Dawns Lydia Antonini that explains how Laskey plays a significant role in helping flesh out the Master Chief, and bring emotion to the game. (This was found on Examiner.com) Halo 4 is one of a handful of major titles that are scheduled to be released within the next three weeks and in addition, there has been more Halo greatness outside of what's coming from the game, but how does the Master Chief compare to UNSC military academy recruit Thomas Lasky? According to a report from IGN today, Lydia Antonini, who is the executive producer for Forward Unto Dawn said Lasky and Master Chief's stories are not all that different from each other. "Lasky's origin story is not wholly dissimilar to Master Chief's, if you read Fall of Reach and learn about how he came from being, taken at a young age, put in this place, having to survive and find his own heroism. "When you play the game, you play as Master Chief. You are Master Chief. But we needed someone in our show, someone who could show his face, who could help people learn about Halo. Lasky does that. It’s a really important role," Antonini said. Antonini went on to talk about how Lasky provides the opportunity to reveal more emotion in telling Master Chief's story, than Master Chief himself could have. "Lasky gives us more emotion than Master Chief could, in telling Master Chief's own story. You need to understand, as a person, how it would feel to be in this world where Master Chief is your hero. "Finding that way in so you understand the political things that are going on with this Insurrectionist crisis and moving into the Covenant war. He stands alone as this really exciting character. "Once you get into playing Halo 4 [the game] he becomes even more important. We link them fairly closely in our show, and then Lasky will become a very important character in his own right moving forward. It's nice to find that commonality," Antonini said. Tallgeese
Well with the way the campaign story is coming together I think they will need another emotional tie to MC other than Cortana
