But when it gets released to the public would they have to restart on there spartan ranks, because it would be unfair to the rest of us. Especially in those personal loadout gametypes. AR vs a Promothean weapon.......... Every Primary has nearly the same killtimes, it just comes down to preference of choice. I.E. If you preordered from somewhere that offers the LightRifle skin as a bonus, you unlock the Light Rifle instantaneously (which is the last Primary you unlock).
