KIERONOO Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 I ordered from shopto.net and Royal Mail and they said it would arrive today but its past post time and it hasn't come but the parcel van comes later on. Silentparasite Posted November 6, 2012 Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 Yes I would say so, the box that arrived today for me came on normal post but the box is a little bigger than an old VHS tape box, and if you have a controller also, I would say the Post van would more than likely bring it. When the delivery time passed and the parcel had not arrived yet, I was worried. I called the royal mail customer service to clarify the situation and the operator politely assured me that the parcel was on its way, it was just a little delayed due to the workload.
