Halo 4 not working

When i play Halo 4 I cannot play sparton ops or the campang i have gotten two copys of the game now and neither of them have worked. Can someone PLEASE HELP ME . And i know that is not a problem with my xbox becasue every other game i have works fine

Do you have the second disk, that has to be installed for multplayer

yes i have installed it it still does not work

i think This happened to me too, when i try to go into war games it says the Halo 4 servers are down and its switching to default servers. And the default servers only have about 1000 people altogether in them. I know its not my game or connection because my brother is playing it right now in the room next to me. Did you fix the problem yet, if so please post how to do it.
