In need of help with LE armor schematic!

So, I decided for once to preorder the limited edition of Halo 4. As it arrived yesterday, I eagerly opened the package. Until I reached the armor schematic. I checked out the front side (solid blue), hungrily opened it and turned it over, then...nothing. The other side was completely white . Has anyone else noticed this, and can anything be done about it?

I actually have a similar problem with the "mission briefing" package. the outside is printed with "attention to...", etc. I contacted Microsoft/xbox support and they referred me to the forums here and at Halo Waypoint. If this post isn't seen I'd either call Microsoft or post in Halo Waypoint.

 

This is also my first post about the product miss-print. I wasn't sure to start a new thread or not and this was fairly related to my problem as well.
