Kusenia Gaige Posted November 12, 2012 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Bungie wasn't bought out, Bungie itself left Microsoft, but lost\sold the rights to Microsoft, who in turn formed 343 ( a mainly fanbased studio with several key members of Bungie that switched over to 343 ) 343 now has all rights to the Halo franchise.
