Radar rager
For some reason I can't load the mission "reclaimer." Everytime I attempt to the game loads to about 24-32 percent (though once it made it to 56 percent) before resetting to 0 percent and eventually reading a message that "players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content" which is ludicrous because I constantly see the message "checking for dlc" in between pages. I have access to the Internet. Only other thin that's odd is the mission requiem doesn't have a highest difficulty completed listed on it. Honestly this is really annoying to have a brand new game break like this I literally can not advance through the campaign past reclaimer because of this. I've never had problems like this with any other halo game.
sirdavid
I've had the same issue. It has nothing to do with the disc, for starters, apparently its got something to do with the hard drive. A lot of people had suggested that it is the update. I tried deleting it and resinstalling, and that didnt work A lot of people had suggested deleting your system cache. I tried that, didn't work. A lot of people had suggested installing the game to the hard drive. Tried that, doesn't install properly because the disc is apparently "dirty", or "scratched Apparently the only fix (from what i have read) is to take your hard drive out and sign out, and than play. But i cant do this because i got the new slim :/ My only option left now is to wait for a future patch for this issue.

Zuko 'Zarhamee
I had the same problem with Halo 3. Your disk is damaged. Replace the disk or install it to your hard drive off a friend's disk.
