STOP THE UNEVEN TEAMS!

343 You have GOT to change the way this game works in matchmaking! These uneven teams are really ******** a lot of people off. They make it nearly impossible for you to win against any decent team, it ruins your win/loss record, your kill/death ratio, it makes it unfair and takes the fun out of the game when you are getting romped on because of an extra player. PLEASE CHANGE IT NOW!

Yes x1000000. I can't even begin to explain how frustrating that is. It sucks the fun right out of the game, after 3 games in a row of 3v4 my brother and I had to stop playing. In those 3 games, it only added a new player once, and he left right away, which raises the question, if you're going to allow drop-in, drop-out, why aren't you using it? There's got to be 1 random person looking for a match that could be put in the game?

Rarely do I find that it actually puts someone in my game. The bigger problem is that it will start an uneven game. I'd rather wait than play 3v4 for however long it takes for a new player to be added, if they are added at all. It is such an incredible disadvantage being one player down.

Totally agree about the uneven teams. 343 need to be more in touch with the community and fix what's broken quickly or people are going to leave

Today, one of my match with friends started in Ragnog (?) setting 5v8, you can guess how the map balance went. They spawn trapped us for the duration of the whole game, having a upper hand in both map and scores. Not only did they just camp and spawn killed anyone they saw, the game rewarded them with 3 binary sniper rifles, 2 regulars ones, the basic vehicles and all the camping with DMR they could get, but then the game decided to balance things out by giving us a whole single sniper rifle ONCE! Oh that joy when our teammate went to fight solely against the 5 camping snipers while the rest kept spawn killing us with Banshees and the robot (sorry forgot the name).

What I mean is that this is the problem of people leaving at any point so it will be a hard thing to balance out, firstly it is unfair to be in the team like we were, right from the start we had the lower hand and nothing could´ve been done other than let some players join the game, but then it also allows you to leave in mid game if it does not seem to be a good match so what can you do about it? if there will be possibility for someone to join anytime, there will be possibility to leave and unfortunately there is no penalty at all this time around, what is the most amusing thing to me is that the Reach community has clearly bought Halo 4 because the rage quitting has already started so soon when there is no point of leaving a game, after all it is just a game. I think the ones that leave just have so low self-esteem that they can´t handle the frustrating situations, instead they leave because they are too proud to go negative.

I don't really mind when someone joins in our quits out and makes the teams uneven. What bothers me is when the game starts which uneven teams like 2V6 or 3V5. If this happens the game should stop the count down and go back to searching for players. CoD does this which I loved. Or boot the extra players and tell them you were kicked to make the teams more even. I don't care about one extra person on the other team but, when it's two or more then I get mad. I haven't really had any trouble with not getting replacement players. IS it as often as I would like no but, it could be longer.
