W01FE
dmr is better because the br is nerfed. should be a 4 shot with that range. we dont need a fragfest, at msot lower ttk on br to 1.6, raise ttk on dmr to 1.
Flippant Sol
Hey um, if you have the courtesy to pull up a fiery topic like this, could you at least be punctual? DMR vs. BR is how it should be.
MegaLowVoltage
It just feels like the BR packs a better punch, and that I can control it easier than the DMR.
Sims_doc
I was honestly, thinking the BR would win a duel but then i notice it still dose 3 shots in Muityplayer or a single heavy shot so i normally go with the DMR.

alqhakill155
Although the dmr seems over powered I still always use the br.. I miss it from halo 3 so Im really glad to see it back. I really dont have an issue using it even against people using the dmr.
MegaLowVoltage
Here is one reason I prefer the BR. I play more close to mid range in general, and with the BR, the spread not only will compensate for slight inaccuracy, but there's always the off chance you can tag two people in the head with a single pull of the trigger (see pics below). Or three, if you get that kind of angle. If I were more about scoping folks out at a distance, I'd go DMR with the accuracy advantage. But I notice that a lot of the time you'll be shooting at a moving target who's going to move in behind something whether they see you or not. BR all the way for me. Just an opinion. Garrett Johnson
DMR!
snqrls
seems to me the br is better at taking out assault rifles and the like due to the slow and maneouverability. I'd only use the dmr on large maps, and possibly on adrift and abandon if I had the firepower perk on me.
Garrett Johnson
The DMR will always beat the BR
Twisty 360
DMR FTW !!! BR sucks ****. It was a good weapon in halo 3 but i think no offensive to the all mighty 343 but they basiccally ripped all the guts outa it.
HinDae
I was so looking forward to hopping into Halo 4, BR in hand and ready to rock. But no, 343 buffed a gun that didnt need it beyond what they did in reach, the DMR. 1.5s to kill, over every other precision weapons 1.8s Add that to the fact it retained its anti armour rounds and you have a mini sniper rifle you can spawn with in every game.
