Maximum Clutch
I don't think it will be too bad, Halo Reach still had a pretty good community after Black Ops 1 and MW3.
buffy the spartan buffalo
there's still more than one mill. people online in war games and im pretty sure that most people arent gonna just drop halo 4 and run to play COD, some will but i dont think many will. Mark Blackwell
The numbers will pick up once people tire of campers and ****-talkers in BO2. Plus, people can own more than one title - AMAZING! I know! - thousands of people will alternate between the two games. It's launch day, it'll be fine in a week or so.
Antics
Dude, today's online numbers were the highest i have seen since launch, i had 1 guy playing Blops 2 and about 10 playing Halo. And plus, everyone is going back to work after having a week off since launch.
Royal
Numbers of players will always decline after launch. Yes black ops 2 is coming out, but alot of people getting that game didn't get halo 4 in the first place.
Dirty Murd
The online numbers on ANY game will never be as many as the day 1 numbers...EVER!

Field of Mangos
I hope players do leave for BO2. Keeps the real Halo fans playing and the complainers can pick up CoD, which is sure to be nearly identical to each one that came before it. mrpewterschmidt
Numbers have been dropping steadily, I saw 200K slayer and 150K big team slayer on opening day. Yesterday, both were under 100K. Regardless of CoD, numbers will continue to drop. But I think, with Halo 4, numbers will end up at a pretty healthy spot
buffy the spartan buffalo
There's never been one million... dude........ over one million people pre ordered the game.......................
WonderWombat
It will probably remain how it is for a while. Some of the CoD people will come back, but other people will just leave naturally equaling out the leaving and gaining.
littletunny
Went from 90,000 for TS down to 60,000 just today!!!!
SatanicBagels
Went from 90,000 for TS down to 60,000 just today!!!! You literally contribute nothing to this forum (why are you here)... I swear you post another one of these obvious troll threads everyday. If you hate Halo 4 that much then I can understand that you want someplace to rant about how you dislike a game... but this far after launch it's getting kind of pathetic. gonefoever
dude........ over one million people pre ordered the game....................... Not one million played Online at one point though. Maybe a few hundred thousands, but never a million. Especially for a Halo game.
Maximum Clutch
I know I played all day on launch day because I had the day off school for election day. If a million people had they day off, they are back at work now. Believe it or not, some people do have a life outside of video games.
Destroyaaa
Once the ranking system comes out, the numbers will go back up
Crymzen
I have to admit, what i have seen from my FL today is pretty alarming, i built my FL off of Halo..so 90% of my friends list are Halo players..but today i was the only one playing Halo 0.o one friend of mine said he prefered BO2..and he has always been a major Halo fanboy
DoctorB77
Halo is not at the top of the food chain anymore and we all know that. But we still love it here and I will stick with it until the end. COD players can play COD and Halo players can play Halo. I am sure there will always be somebody out there to play halo with online
Shokyr
The online numbers on ANY game will never be as many as the day 1 numbers...EVER! So, you're saying everybody who will ever play will get it on opening day, and then it'll just start dropping from people getting tired of the MM? Seems legit. Seems legit. That actually does happen, Duke nukem forever had a crap load of people playing multiplayer on launch day..the next day..not so much lol granted that game was garbage but it does happen! it's is also a common problem with MMOs, i know these are two completely different genres here but the MMO crowed is just as dedicated as the FPS crowed
TornadoFlame
all my friends are all halo tryhards now they play black ops 2 they don't wanna touch mm till the game is fixed and not like cod with sheilds.
