The proper place to report glitches is over at Halo Waypoint (halo.xbox.com), they have a thread there for reporting bugs and glitches, though check to make sure yours hasn't been posted already before adding it to their list. Also, all bugs, glitches and server issues here should be posted in this thread: http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/16384-server-issues-bugs-errors-post-them-here-community-info-topic/, that way everything is all in one location and easier to find and access.
