Weapons despawning in 20 seconds

Can you make the weapons stay for more than 20 seconds on the map please? I killed a guy that had a rocket launcher, another player appeared, i killed him aswell and now the rocket launcher i would "loot" had despawned. I checked in theater and it had 2 rounds left so... yea..
