My spartan keeps dropping his gun?

Let me explain these shenanigans... So I'm playing Regicide, right? Just killin away, and all of a sudden Mr. Sword guy is sprinting at me, in for the kill, I see it in his eyes. He wants me bad. I fire my Battle Rifle. One shot, two shots, three shots, his shields are down. As I aggressively go to pull the trigger one last time as he is lunging towards me...... I drop my BR.... Literally flying out of my hands as my Spartan pulls out the backup DMR. By then it is too late. I wonder wtf just happened? Did I run out of ammo? Would that cause my gun to auto switch like that? No way, couldn't be. Continuing my game I unload all the ammo I have in my BR to try to replicate the auto-switching/gun throwing. Nothing happens. I think to myself, hmmm well ok then that was weird. Probably just some lag or something. I check my connection and its flawless. Excellent speed, and a low ping showing no issues. Deciding that it is nothing I get into a few games of BTIS. After about 15 kills or so into my game, I come up against a BR battle. Same as before 4 shots and I've got the guys shields down. Still half a clip left, I go for the kill shot. As soon as i squeeze the trigger, BAM!, my BR is flying out of my hands, I'm switching to DMR, and I get shot in the head. WTF I think to myself..... I continue playing. Few kills later, it happens again. Then again on the next kill. All of a sudden I can't get more than 4 shots of my BR off before it's flying through the air and switching to my DMR. I'm not really sure what is going on. Have any of you folks had this issue? or heard of it? Not sure what to do lol. I await your feedback. Thanks for listening.

Lol it may have been a lag in the match. That happened to me once, never happened again. I have no idea why, but it does

I guess my Spartan was trying to tell me something. -Throws BR- "F this, I'm out!" bahahahah. Playin him too hard apparently. Stupid lag.

I am thinking it is more of a lag issue then anything. Plus there has been confirmed issues with class loadouts, etc. just disappearing so maybe, just maybe you are experiencing a bit of both lag and class loadouts disappearing at the same time Lol. I really do not know, when things like that happen I more or less just leave the game.
