halogirl
I've been playing Halo for almost 10 years. With each release of a new game I'd be there either at midnight or the next morning. I won't do it again after buying Halo 4. Top $ for 8 lousy missions. That's all you get if you're not an online player. If 343 Industries was remotely interested in the fan base they would have offered just the campaign disc for $30. It's not worth more than that. Or they should have offered some decent extra content (like a couple Spartan Op missions) something - anything for offline players. There's no skulls to find, not really any collectibles, Forge is a joke, they got rid of Firefight, no Spartan Ops unless you're online. The whole thing is just to push people to sign up and spend $ on X-box live. Not an online player, never will be. Not everybody can get good broadband service. I loaded the second disk in the hopes something worthwhile would be there but everywhere I clicked all I got was messages that I had to be online! What?? Why?? Sure Forge was there but it was nothing like the Forge World from Reach where you could build something spectacular. When Halo 5 comes out I'll wait for it to show up in the bargain bin, won't get ripped off again. Still a fan of Halo but looks like the glory days of Halo are in the past.
SoloAssassino
I am and always have been a fan. Personally I like what 343 has created and bungie......well they quit on Halo which disappoints me!
