If the answer is yes, have you tried in steam the "verify integrity of game cash" command in the Skyrim properties window? But I fear your saves are somehow corrupted. Are you using some mods? Mods can do a real mess with savegame files and cause many ingame bugs. If you're using mods try to delete them from the Skyrim directory.
