Splatter commendation goes something like. 5... 10... 25... 50... 75... I know that because I am also doing it and it is on the last rank. If you have a gold membership it's pretty easy to find out. In the main menu press start, go up to commendations, vehicle, and splatter spree should be the first or second on the list.
