I'm stuck at level one in multiplayer and it wont change

So yesterday morning i started playing war games, and i noticed that it said i was level 1(i was level 34). So i decided to play a game and after the game i didnt earn any experience points. i called microsoft support but they were no help. when i go to my service record it says im level 34, but when i go to the commadations page, it says that the halo 4 servers or down or i choose to remain offline. obviously im online because i can play games. since then i can gain xp, but i can't use my loadouts(which are there as well) and my armor wont show. please if someone could help i would really appreciate it.

This is just a glitch in the system, it will go back to your original rank soon enough. Nothing to worry about. Usually due to lag in the system or server problems.
