new/added effect skull

With the new addition of the promethians, i feel as there should be a skull that affects them (other than the skulls that affect enemys in general). so i thought "you can get easy headshots on crawlers, why not have grunt birthday party affect them too?" so any and all further thoughts would be appreciated. and if they could add this into the game it would make it that much better.

I do like this idea a lot! Hopefully they'll start implementing these things very soon. Unfortunately, though, there's no dialogue on the part of the Prometheans, so there's nothing much to do with "rare dialogue".
