Is there any reason why my loadouts keeps resetting when I exit out of a matchmaking search?

Honestly, this happened for like the 4th time. If I keep resetting the game, the loadouts reset. Now, if I keep exiting out of a broken matchmaking search, it resets. WHAT THE HELL, 343i?
