Campaign Bug?

After I completed the Campaign on legendary solo it brought me back to SR 1 when I was SR 58 when I started. Also I cant even go on to matchmaking, its telling me the halo 4 servers are not available. I didn't unlock the armor either. I am also not able to log into halowapoint.com. What happened ? How do I fix this?

I remember when the game had just come out, the server were not functioning properly either. During that time, a lot of people had their rank reset. However, when the servers came back on and worked properly, they got their ranks back. Me and my friends did, anyway. I wouldn't worry too much about it, to be honest. This has happened before and from my experience, it has been fixed before. I don't think it has much to do with you completing the campaign. I think it's more a coincidence that you finished the campaign around the same time the servers started malfunctioning.

Yes, it's probably as XnosgothX said, it's a server issue. Don't worry, it happened to me too, i just turned off the console and waited until the servers were available again.
