The Arbiter
Halo 2 was voted one of the most wanted games to go on the Xbox Live Arcade. Maybe one day we may get our wish. We could go back to the good old days of playing Halo 2 over Xbox Live.

Adam91
it may be available to buy on xbl arcade i can really see that happening as halo ce is available but it definitley wont be playable online, it will decrease the amount of players and the popularity of the current halo that would be out at that time
Spectral Jester
they did say if the fans wanted it then they might have to redo Halo 2 HD see this link . http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/1912-halo-2-hd-now-a-possibility/ for info

CandiBunni
You could always use Xbox Connect if you wanted to play some Halo 2 multiplayer. I've been playing a bit of it lately, and have even hosted my own games a few times.

CandiBunni
Not familiar with "Connect". Is that PC based or what? Yep. It's pretty easy to use. I'll post a link below. You'll need to make an account (once you download and install it), then get it to detect your console (make sure you've got your network stuff hooked up), and then it should run fine. I had a little bit of trouble with it, but some of the people using it helped me when I asked. If you want to play Halo 2, you'll need to go to the "System Link" menu in the game. Once you've done that and have everything working, just click to join a server in the application, and you should see a game or two come up on your television. http://www.xbconnect...topic=downloads
