Baeztoberfest
So I don't know what the opinion is on the forums on sniper rifles but I'm kind of in love with the beamrifle. I rarely zoom in with it and REGURALY get overkill snapshots with it or at least triple kills. It's so easy to use even when not zoomed in. The UNSC sniper rifle I found is a but tougher to use. And the binary rifle while good on big team (can't say I've seen it on other playlists) it makes snapshots kinda hard. Unless you're within melee range of course. That's why I'm giving it to the beamrifle. The best sniper weapon in Halo 4. Or is that too presumptuous? Your thoughts please.
LiQuid BioniX
Yeah I've noticed that the beam rifle is really easy to get those quick no-scopes with. I'm not sure what about it is so easy for that... though I'm still in love with the UNSC sniper.
OMG Treason
I wouldnt call it the best because it can no scope easy, dont get me wrong I love it.. buuut.. I think the Binary is the best so long as you dont hardscope with it.
ProudDrunkIrish
Binary rifle - Best for normal hardscoping UNSC Sniper - Kills everything people and vehicles (especially when you add damage boost and it tears vehicles especially the mantis to peices) Beam rifle - good for no scopes, normal for hardscoping, not great against vehicles. This is just my opinion from general play, seems like they gave them all their own unique advantage. I like each for its reasons above and try to play to its advantages. SkItZo1041
I can't snapshot very well.. :/ but I'm great with a sniper in general. I like the beam rifle, but I do better with a unsc sniper. The Binary rifle is an instant killing spree. I don't exactly hardscope, kinda halo-quickscoping lol cuz I don't want people to just follow the lasers.

Dawn Wolf
I don't get it. If you're not hardscoping with the Binary, wtf are you doing? No scoping? And hoping to god you hit something? And yeah, pretty sure the Beam has like twice as much aim assist. It's awesome.
Chris Hansen
I found out that although it isn't as good on vehicles, the beam rifle still hurts them, and you can take a ghost out with it pretty quickly.
Twisted Oracle
I like the UNSC sniper the best but i do use it way more than the Beam rifle so its kinda biased

And hoping to god you hit something? Well I didn't mean to get picked off for poor word choice >.> I just simply meant I don't crouch somewhere, following someones body scoped in, and eventually fire. Just toggle in, shoot, toggle out in about a second or two. Basically the same thing, nbd.
