good luck with getting people with a k/d as high as 1.6 to join your clan. to be honest the best player i have ever met on halo 4 had a k/d of 1.15. this is inaccurate. what you need to do is recruit people and play them yourself. you can tell how good they are based on there playing style. to be honest i wouldnt join your clan JUST because of your overly strict recruitment. the best clans let anyone in to there clan and still play with them. the best clans use their best players in clan battles while training the worst players to be good enough to join in on clan battles. what im trying to say is that you should accept anyone regardless of skill level. also, i've 1v1'd people with a k/d over 3 and beat them horribly with my measly k/d of 1.3 .... the truth is, i never use vehicles or an ordnance and i dont camp around the map all day with a sniper. good day
