As many of you know, there was an issue with the Top 15 when it was last up and running....such as favoritism and that is may have been a popularity contest... So im here to tell you now, that it WILL NOT be like that this time round. So long as i am involved there will be NO favoritism Those chosen as the Top 15 each Month will be those who have proven themselves to be kind,generous,helpful,friendly and a true community member. This must be seen on more then one occasion over the Month in question (and hopefully all the time) Then the Top 15 group will decide upon those who deserve/earned the award and release said months list at the end of the said month.
