I pre-ordered the game and played before the deadline. So, how do I get a code that works? I have also spoken with Xbox Live support and they gave me a reference number (1190731195), stating, "this will prioritize your issue. Currently, I am stuck at level 70 on Halo 4 and I would like to progress further in the game; unfortunately, I cannot... due to the fact that I do not have a code. I paid good money for the game, bought a lot of double experience, and entered for the infinity challenge by virgin gaming.
