Baeztoberfest
Have you guys noticed the size difference? I've never read the books and maybe they elaborate on this some but seriously MC is HUGE! And I have to wonder if he's that giant under the armor...? Can someone explain these sizes to me? And how the Didact dwarfs the MC? Isn't the chief like 8 or 9 feet tall and like 2000 pounds? Why are these Spartan IV's so shrimpy and easy to kill? I was amped to go into battle with fellow Spartans but they just die so EASILY... Would love some added information about these things if y'all could. Also in Halo 5 do you think the Spartans will be Spartan V's? Hints why MC is wearing Spartan VI armor instead of Spartan VII? Lets talk. Twisted Oracle
The Master Chief had metal grafted to his bones, he was augmented several times, and he was picked from a gene pool of abnormaly strong, fast, and tough kids Spartan-lVs are picked from existing UNSC forces and do not recieve the training for augmentations the chief did

I just always thought it was the armor that made a Spartan giant. Not like how MC is like twice the size as Sarah Palmer in that last scene. Was Noble team Spartan II's? Because besides Jorge, they were almost the same size as the marines etcetera (in the game).

Baeztoberfest
Jorge was a spartan ll, the rest of noble were spartan-llls Weren't the Spartan III's abducted children as well? So the Spartans without their armor were still larger than the average human equivelant?

S-llls were meant to be suicide battalions

Victory Element
one reason for the differences between chief and the spartan IVs is because of strategy. The UNSC figured they could mass produce spartans that would be less effective and take less time to create. They would have an advantage in numbers and could easily be replaced. On the other hand, a spartan II like chief is much more effective in combat, but loosing one can be extremely detrimental
