My highest trueskill in a playlist is 29 or so, I don't know whether that is because I haven't played a whole lot of one playlist or if I'm just bad at Halo 4, I'm betting on a mix of both with greater helpings of the latter. The PCAT is the Pharmacy College Admission test and has been around since the 70's I think. Kind of like the MCAT, the one all doctors take.
