I'm all for it, but they get kind of cluttered and annoying sometimes, plus they aren't exactly effective sometimes, so I'd like to just compile a general list of people who are fairly active playing Halo 4, but who aren't in clans or are playing just casually. I'm not a big clan guy, but I also love playing with people from the forums, so feel free to add anyone and everyone on the list if you're looking for some casual play! Please put it in this format.
