I'd much rather have a teammate go 12-3 than 14-18, yet the game seems set up for run 'em gun 'em reckless types. For a team to have any chance of winning, particularly in a tight game, someone has to take responsibility for driving the 'hog or defending the flanks/spawn, yet there is virtually no recognition for being a good teammate.
