SykoWolf
Headless Spartans!!!! Yes, you heard right, many players have been encountering headless and invulnerable Spartans. Apparently this can only be done using a modded Xbox and the Spartans are actually invulnerable. 343 has yet to announce if these people are being banned, but my recommendation is to report anyone seen using this mod to Xbox Support or whoever deals with such people. Iɴsɪɢɴɪᴀ
As far as I gathered from a website I visited a while ago when this first started happening, the guy that started this was offering his services to other people. All you had to do was send him your GPD (Save game) which is easily obtainable through usb and low key modding software (Keep in mind this was a modders forum) and he would then send it back when he had applied the armor mods. There were claims at the time that you could not be banned for doing it and this was justified by these reasons: The mod is only a skin mod that removes the armor and helmet, The hotbox's remain the same meaning that you can still get headshots, it is just harder to do with no visible head and even if you couldn't get headshots, you could still kill them with shots to the body, explosives and sticky nades. However at the time I stumbled across it, it seemed not many people were aware of it and now that they are, the levels of mods being applied along side the simple skin mod have grown. So it wouldn't surprise me if they have removed the hotbox's for aim assist and damage too. I do however agree with reporting anybody seen with these mods no matter what level they are as even the lowkey mod with just the armor and helmet removed ruins gameplay for others. Remember guys, if you are going to mod, do it to improve your own experience of the game, not to cheat and ruin it for others!
