What do you mean exactly? Like the bots in Gears of War 3? I don't see the point in having bots.

I see what you mean but no.

There's no need for them:

 

All the slots on multiplayer get filled because of the large volume of players.

To play with AI's just do Spartan Ops.

It will be exploited.

It will be buggy.

It will do stupid things (Like Kat driving warthogs off cliffs in Reach!).

While I dont mind the idea it would more or less end up being cheap kills for those more advanced in the game than others. Bots are predictable thus easier targets.

I think he means like a customizable SO that would be like cortana or something. I really do not see a reason to have it in.
