343 no longer updating REACH weekly challenge?

Can someone please let me know why 343 has not been updating the weekly challenge in REACH? The daily challenges do change but for the last month or so the weekly challenge as remained the same (earn 200 multikills). As someone who prefers REACH over HALO 4, I find this very upsetting. I am about halfway to NOVA and I use the weekly challenge as a goal to help me rank up. There are still thousands of players of REACH so it would be nice if 343 kept it updated. I understand that they want us to focus on HALO 4 but if they are now the owners of the HALO universe it would be nice if they supported all the titles. I also miss the weekend jackpots as well. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Im not sure why they arent updating the weekly or doing weekend jackpots. But I also do have to look at the challenges, seeing it would be pointless for me. I dont need credits anymore. But I too play Reach still as well. Although the numbers have dwindled down to the 6k's.

 

But one reason why they arent updating could be caused by the fact of them focusing on their game. And maybe be caused by them also working on Halo 5.

 

I think Reach maybe being let behind in the times.

um 1 qustion why do u liike reach over halo 4 its a perfect fit for mlg and casul players but becase reach is just a past game halo 4 is the main foucus
