There has been no official word at all on whether the level cap will be unlocked and/or if there are more specializations coming, but I honestly find it hard to believe that they won't release more specializations and raise the level cap at some point. Lots of people are already hitting max level. If I had to guess, I'd say that there will be, at the very least, a much higher level cap in the future. The game has only been out for two months and I've already come across a bunch of players who are SR130. It dimishes the whole feel of being max rank if it doesn't even take long to get there and everyone else is up there with you. Plus I'm sure that they're aware of how fast people are hitting SR130 and that a lot of them will quit since they're no longer earning XP. if youre already level 100+, then you have way to much free time on your hands. think of the level cap as an eye opener to how you choose to spend your life Not necessarily.
