GruntNoober
What does everyone think of being able to apply attachments to your guns before the mission on Halo 5? Yeah its kinda like what happened in Black Ops 2 but I think it would be a good idea for Halo because sometimes my aim is just the worst so it would be good to be able to attach a scope to the assault rifle!!! A71william
Hopefully not. It will just screw up the balance...

Bloody Initiate
I would be comfortable with attachments that didn't alter weapon performance. So if you wanted a scope that would be fine, if you wanted a laser sight that would be fine, as long as the weapon performed the same with or without those attachments. You might find you want a lower power scope on smaller maps for your DMR, so you could attach one. I think a game with performance-altering attachments CAN be balanced, but even if they're balanced they're not what I want from Halo. I'm comfortable with it in Battlefield 3, and I think it SHOULD show up in games like Borderlands and Shadowrun, but not in Halo. Weapons have always been fine tuned to perform a certain way in this game, that's how I prefer it.
TheGodfatherS117
It woul become like Call of Duty if we can put attachments in the guns.

It woul become like Call of Duty if we can put attachments in the guns. I said that in the post.
Yoshi1176
I think it would make problems for the game.

Mainbrid
That'd be awful An AR with a scope is essentially a crappy BR There's a reason some weapons don't have scopes
Yoshi1176
As in what? People already say halo 4 that it copys CoD, personally i think not but others do so adding this may give them something else to complain about. I'm always open to new ideas but i dont think it would work out as well as others.
AfricanBatman
If you want to play with attachments go play COD, this game already is a COD with shields.
Durandal v2
I think that will only cause more division among the halo community
steezy1997
No attachments, if you want a game like call of duty then just go play call of duty... attachments would ruin the balance of halo.. i think everyone is fine with class perks
Caboose The Ace
i also think at lots of momments in the halo 5 campain chief wouldent be able to do that like take the halo campain for example in most mission apart from 5 and 6 it would be impssoible
Grif.
no i like how it is now and it should stay that way.
BaconShelf
Halo is not battlefield or cod. Loadouts customisable were a step in the wrong direction, we do not need another step in the same direction...
Chris Hansen
What baconshelf said. We need these features gone from the game, not added. No loadouts, no instant respawn, no lack of friendly fire.
BaconShelf
And no killcams- I refuse to play anything that has them.
vStealthYx
hmm i dunno because i love halo as you cant actually aim in but it would be good if you could aim down the sight or add grenade launchers in that would be cool and honestly for halo 5 they seriously need to sort out the human weapons their kinda appauling , nowadays weapons would destroy unsc guns

Sadly Just AL
I loved the attachments, brings a little more variety than just skins.
