Barack Obama
Ok, so for the past three days I haven't been able to connect to Xbox live. Don't know why, it just randomly stopped. My brothers Xbox works fine, and I can connect to my account on SmartGlass and Xbox.com, I've restarted everything. Still doesnt work. Would be really grateful if you could help, thanks! Durandal v2
Here are two things that may help -try a different ethernet cable to the Xbox, one that you know is good -Also ports on the switch can go bad without the whole switch failing.Try plugging it in to a different one in the router

Fishy
Have you dropped it on the ground or something? My moms boyfriend dropped his on the ground by accident. You might have broken the wireless router in it, or you might have broken something else serious.
